Colossians 3:2- “Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things.”
With school being over, it’s so easy to get wrapped up in things to do for the summer. And there is nothing wrong with that, we should want to enjoy the great times of our lives and want to have fun during the summer. However, don’t fall into the trap of missing out on the experiences or opportunities the lord has placed in your path for you to learn from. Make sure to pray daily, thank daily, and reflect daily on the wonders of God. By remembering God during the good times, it’s easier to go to Jesus when the storms eventually come. Challenge yourself to focus on God when you wake up and before you go to bed with prayer, coming to God with all your thoughts and concerns. Grow your faith this summer.
